How do I place an order on nasugo?
Browse products, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards and bank transfers through Paystack. You can also top up your nasugo wallet and pay with your wallet balance.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 3 working days of payment. Delivery then takes about 3-15 working days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
How do I track my order?
Log into your nasugo account and go to "My Orders". Click on the order you want to track to see its current status and tracking information.
